We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills

Your role:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Communication: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies and ensure the office environment is efficient and organized

    About you:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
