We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills
Your role:
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, arrange meetings, and handle correspondence. - Travel Coordination: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and ensure the office environment is efficient and organized
About you:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
