Affiliate Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve growth targets.
Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand the affiliate network.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and resources to help them achieve their goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and present findings to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape in Brazil, Mexico, and Portugal.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with blockchain technology and the gaming industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
