Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Process client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Review, analyze, and report any suspicious transactions.
- Prepare and update daily reports for management.
- Ensure platform balances align with banking provider balances.
- Work with other departments to resolve outstanding issues or tasks.
- Prepare reports for the accounting team and address their queries.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial requests.
- Identify and resolve system weaknesses using problem-solving skills.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively based on deadlines and importance.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
- Collaborate and thrive within a team environment.
Candidate Profile:- At least 2 years of experience in Payments or related financial roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage caseloads independently.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a self-starter attitude.
