A leading CSP is looking to hire a Junior Payroll & Administration Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities: - Process and manage payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with Maltese employment law.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records, track leave, and calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses.
- Address payroll queries and assist with statutory filings (e.g., SSC, FSS).
- Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure data accuracy and support audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.
- Ensure secure storage and confidentiality of payroll data.
- Maintain employee records and support performance review processes.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding tasks.
Requirements: - MQF Level 5 qualification or relevant HR/Employment Law background.
- 2–3 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Shireburn Indigo software.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills.
