Finance Officer

We are seeking a Finance Officer with experience in fund administration, investment operations, client money handling, and settlement processes.

The Role
As a Finance Officer, you will be a key member of the finance and operations team, responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of client transactions, investment income, and settlement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and allocate client income payments, including dividends and interest
• Post client deposits, trades, and settlement entries in internal systems
• Reconcile client accounts and ensure accuracy of all entries
• Liaise with custodians, banks, and other third-party service providers
• Support client account queries and internal requests relating to transactions and account movements
• Assist the broader finance team with operational tasks and client money handling

About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive team player with experience in financial operations or fund administration. You should be efficient, reliable, and comfortable managing transaction-based processes in a client-focused environment.

Education & Experience

• Minimum MQF Level 4 qualification in Accounting, Finance, Investments, or a related field
• Prior experience in finance operations, client payments, or investment firms preferred
• Knowledge of client money handling, settlements, or fund processing is a strong advantage

Job Requirements

• Proficient in accounting or operations software and MS Excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively
