An experienced Chief Executive Officer is sought to lead a dual-model iGaming platform operating across both B2B and B2C verticals.
The role involves driving strategic growth, overseeing vendor relationships, and empowering brand leadership teams. Acting as the principal orchestrator across payment processing, game content acquisition, player retention, and regulatory compliance, the CEO will ensure cohesive execution while enabling individual business units to succeed independently.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in scaling technology-driven gaming platforms, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance central oversight with brand-level autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Direction: - Define and communicate long-term vision, strategic priorities, and financial targets
- Drive revenue growth across B2B and B2C channels
- Identify market and geographic expansion opportunities, recommending relevant product developments
- Lead the development of innovative, best-in-class products
Partnerships & Commercial Management: - Oversee partnerships with game suppliers, payment processors, compliance vendors, and technology providers
- Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and integration roadmaps
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational issues
- Facilitate seamless integration and onboarding of new content, payment rails, and compliance tools
Operational Excellence: - Coordinate core platform operations to ensure security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in cost structure, scalability, and player experience
B2B Growth & Deal Execution: - Manage the B2B commercial pipeline with a focus on partnership acquisition and retention
- Coordinate cross-functional teams — product, operations, finance, and legal — to deliver tailored solutions for prospective partners
- Oversee complex negotiations with operators and affiliate networks
- Implement clear governance frameworks and handover processes post-agreement
B2C Brand Leadership: - Provide strategic and operational direction to brand managers, ensuring growth and profitability
- Empower brand managers to lead on customer acquisition, positioning, and decision-making while maintaining group alignment
- Monitor brand KPIs and lead regular business performance reviews
Stakeholder Engagement & Talent Development: - Communicate performance updates and strategic initiatives to the board, investors, and key partners
- Identify and develop leadership talent, fostering collaboration across geographies and business units
Candidate Profile: - Senior leadership experience within the iGaming industry
- Proven B2B commercial expertise
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing partnerships on both supplier and client sides
- Experience within social casino, sweepstakes, or adjacent gaming models is advantageous
- Strong track record of leading organizations through rapid growth or scaling phases
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences including boards, investors, and external partners
