Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants, ensuring their business goals are achieved through effective and efficient payment strategies.
• Act as the main point of contact between merchants and PSPs, facilitating smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration.
• Provide expert business advice, recommending tailored payment solutions to improve conversion and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to monitor merchant performance, identify trends, and drive optimization opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with PSPs, keeping up to date with their offerings, pricing models, and onboarding requirements.
• Support performance reporting and help achieve monthly and quarterly business targets through data-driven planning.
