Risk Office

The Risk Officer plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s risk management framework and delivering advisory support to both internal teams and external clients. This position ensures that operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks are effectively identified, evaluated, monitored, and reported in accordance with internal policies, regulations, and client expectations.

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously update the organization’s internal risk register.
• Review and refine internal risk assessments used for reporting and strategic decisions.
• Regularly analyze risk-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Identify emerging risks and monitor shifts in regulatory or market environments.
• Follow up on the implementation of risk mitigation and control measures.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for management, the board, and clients.
• Develop, review, and enhance risk management policies, procedures, and documentation templates.
• Provide advisory services to clients, including risk assessments, control evaluations, risk mapping, and mitigation strategy development.
• Assist clients in building or improving their risk management frameworks.
• Contribute to business continuity and crisis management planning for both internal and client operations.
• Support audit activities related to risk management (internal and external).
• Deliver risk management training sessions and awareness initiatives for staff and clients.
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate risks for new projects, investments, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual risk-related obligations.
