A well established CSP is looking to hire a Front Office Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Manage daily front-desk operations, greet visitors and guide them to meeting rooms.
- Support office administration, including scheduling, filing and general staff assistance.
- Coordinate office upkeep and restocking of consumables; liaise with suppliers for timely orders and deliveries.
- Oversee stationery orders, track expenses and maintain inventory.
- Arrange bookings for local conferences, training events and assist with travel for international events.
- Handle restaurant reservations and lunch orders for directors.
- Input and update data in internal systems, liaising with clients and management as needed.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are fully prepared and stocked.
- Provide clerical support to Marketing and HR as required.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and act as main point of contact for suppliers.
- Ensure TV, phone and office equipment are functioning; coordinate scheduled maintenance.
Requirements: - Previous experience in administrative or front-office roles.
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook; basic Excel skills preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator with staff, management and external contacts.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Creative writing ability and problem-solving mindset.
