They have an impressive portfolio of brands and have a talented, young and dynamic team. Their offices are stylish and based in the heart of Malta.

The role
We are looking for a motivated Spanish American Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be based in Malta, Spanish native (rioplatense dialect), with an excellent English and online customer support experience in order to be able to join a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling chats in a timely and customer centric manner
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers 
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
Spanish American Customer Support Agent Requirements:
  • Fluent in Latin American Spanish and Rioplatense Spanish, both written and spoken alongside good English skills (please note that castellano/cataln natives won't be considered for the role)
  • 1+ year experience in online customer service
  • Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally 
  • A positive attitude
  • Passion for iGaming
  • Based in Malta
  • Can work night shifts
