The role

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Norwegian Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. Our client is growing their young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands. If you are up for the challenge, I am sure they would like to hear about you!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers 
  • Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
Who are you?
  • Norwegian native, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
  • Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally 
  • A positive attitude
  • Ideally, you have experience in online customer service
  • Passion for iGaming
  • Preferably based in Malta
