Our Client, an international gaming company centrally located in Malta, is seeking to recruit a new talent to join their dynamic team. The Operation Coordinator will be responsible for managing the worldwide lotto retailers from end-to-end. He/she will be in charge of every aspect of operation and finance issues of the retailers and will serve as the company’s focal point for the retailers.
The ideal candidate will be technically responsible for equipment installations and software operation while using the services of the IT help-desk. He will also be responsible for all financial aspects of managing the retailers, including monitoring funds availability, reports etc’.
Your responsibilities will include:
o Supporting the retailers ongoing operations
o Execute new retailers’ setup process, from A-Z: locating candidates, definition and implementation of work plans and methodologies.
o Requested 24/7 availability, including weekends
o Equipment and consumables purchasing.
o Fraud monitoring and customer KYC
o Preparing templates for printers and scanners
o Providing support for Form Storm system
o Providing support for hardware malfunctions
o Daily monitoring and management of retailers’ funds
o Monitoring the accounting commission calculation
