This is an enticing role whereby you will be responsible for the daily management of our French & Flemish/Dutch speaking customer base. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager.
- Your main responsibility will be aiding our French speaking customers with any assistance they require , however you can be requested to help out with both Dutch and English support.
- Communicate with our customers via online chat, email and telephone.
- You are attentive to the expectations of our customers and ensure they are satisfied with all their interactions with our client.
- Ensure high quality service for our customers, including troubleshooting and escalation of issues as per our internal processes and procedures.
- Help ensure that our customers bet responsibly.
- Meet quarterly qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Natively fluent in French.
- Business proficiency in Dutch.
- Business proficiency in English is necessary.
- Relevant experience and/or knowledge in the betting and gaming world is a plus.
- Has similar work experience in customer service for an online business.
- Is able to understand and fulfil the needs of a customer.
- Has very good organisational and communication skills.
- Team player and not afraid to work on their own.
- Knows how to set priorities.
