• Driving customer retention/reactivation campaigns for Casino/Sports.
• Managing the CRM execution (newsletters, SMS, push notifications).
• Setting-up and implementing new campaigns/promotions in a fast-paced environment.
• Producing reports, analysing performances and identifying new ways of optimising efficiency and results.
• Working closely with Marketing, Content, Design, QA and Customer Service teams to maintain excellent communication and coordination.
• Updating the website on a daily basis (CMS / banners).
• Be an industry expert, constantly monitoring competitors’ activities.
• Have a strong team ethic, working effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in both French and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English language.
• Good understanding of implementing / managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Great organisation and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent team player and communicator.
• Previous experience in online Sports or Casino would be helpful.
• Passionate about sports.
• Embraces continuous learning.
