Consult & manage an extensive industrial organisation in all HR related matters
Be the trusted partner for the business by giving guidance and support in all matters related to human resources and organisational capabilities;
Manage complex employee relations issues and act as an advisor and coach to the General Manager and her management team;
Ensure the effectiveness of HR Processes in your business area as well as assist in the development and implementation of HR policies in line with the corporate strategy;
Ensure compliance with internal & external regulations as well as supporting legal cases;
Manage and administer HR life cycle for employees;
Manage personnel costs and budget (in conjunction with Finance);
Oversee the recruitment process in sourcing, approvals, offers & selection in line with corporate policies and guidelines incl. onboarding of new employees through an internal process in cooperation with the Global Talent Acquisition Team;
Guide the management regarding employee performance and development (coach line managers, ensure consistency, enforce quality) as well as support the management regarding talent identification and guide succession management;
Support the retention of employees, development of the company culture as an attractive employer;
Manage and administer compensation and benefits structure in conjunction with the corporate Head of Rewards;
Support the organisational and job design activities in the assigned location;
Coordinate & oversee company events to promote employee welfare and team-building.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent or commercial education with further qualifications in HR Management;
5+ years of relevant work experience in a comparable position in international HR Management;
Ability to interface and manage relations with key stakeholders (internal + external);
Track record in multiple Human Resources disciplines (Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Organisational Design/Development, Employee Relations, Staffing, etc.);
Strong working knowledge of local labour law, payroll and related statutory matters, Immigration laws and broad experience in handling complex employee relations topics;
Long term professional experience working in a multinational organisation (shared service model) in an industrial setting;
Hands-on and pro-active with an efficient and effective work style in a challenging environment;
Stress resistant, result-oriented team player with drive, ability to work independently;
User proficiency with an ERP HR Module (SAP preferred), Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Performance Management Systems as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
