Our client is seeking a passionate and reliable German native Social Media Manager to drive our launch in Europe for our fast-growing childcare brand.

As our Social Media Manager in Europe, you will be working closely with our head of the region in addition to the team in the US in order to build a successful business. You will be responsible for maximising growth through innovative and engaging digital marketing in line with the values of our brand.

Germany is a key initial focus where we want to penetrate the market in the local language, hence fluency in German is a requirement. We are also targeting the rest of Europe, in English to start with. Additionally, you will help answer customer questions and concerns, assist in processing orders, and fulfilling the customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Training will also be provided for our CRM system.

DYPER is the industry's first bamboo diaper subscription delivery system. Our diapers are free of all the nasty stuff, ultra-soft, naturally hypoallergenic, and microbial. We have had a major success in the past 9 months in the US and are looking for someone to add to our team that can help replicate this success in Europe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Drive the strategic and tactical marketing plan for Europe with a focus on digital social media
• Procure and manage Influences and Ambassadors
• Establish strategic partnerships
• Manage email inquiries
• Answer incoming calls
• Assist in answering social messages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build a sustainable relationship and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Keep all records of customer interactions through our customer portal
• Assist in placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
• Take the extra mile to engage with customers

• High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English • Successful experience in driving sales growth through social media marketing • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
• No prior experience in customer service is required, just lots of experience talking to people :)
• A ‘no task is too small’ attitude and the endurance to consistently deliver amazing customer experiences 
•Team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

We expect you to have
• Preferable experience as a Country Manager in English speaking territories
• Experience working with an iGaming Operator
• Preferable knowledge of affiliation in the iGaming industry
• Experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies
• Knowledge of online marketing via different mediums including mobile technologies
• Knowledgeable about digital media and 360° Marketing
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Team player
• Ability to liaise with different departments
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Analytical thinking
• Strategic problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach in day-to-day tasks
