Responsibilities:
  • Maximising the customer experience and lifetime value by leading the Key Account customer treatment for online and digital shop customers;
  • Developing and delivering an effective and sales-minded customer communication relationship with a specific focus on the Key Account database;
  • Improving the sales-driven processes by monitoring, tracking and analysing the financial effectiveness of Key Account campaigns through regular reporting;
  • Aligning closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the overall best possible Key Account experience;
  • Ensuring that the best possible KYC, EDD and RG measures are in place for the Key Account database.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, sports-related subjects or equivalent;
  • Gaming industry or sales / Account management experience essential;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong negotiation and ability to influence stakeholders;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Fluent in German & English, verbal and written - essential.
