Responsibility:
• Work in the line with Casino strategy for ... Gaming Group in terms of gaming operations, finance and banking operations, marketing promotions and player/guest services within the casino operations,
• Continue the company’s high-level relationships with external business partners and platform providers to create new business opportunities, enhance the customer experience and drive revenue,
• Monitor and analyse daily/weekly/monthly results (analyzing activity, where we lost/made revenue, identify and action underlying issues),
• Keep in update gaming data and new game coming in and promotion,
• Cooperation with platform providers and Product Team within ... Gaming Group,
• Close cooperation with an on-line global well-known provider in terms of CRM and creating marketing strategy for casino,
• Competitor analysis to check the trends and evaluate opportunities,
• Implement the plan of casino lobbies across devices and markets to ensure the best possible user experience,
• Ensure that regulatory and compliance requirements are covered,
• All other duties as assigned by CEO.


Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position as Casino Manager,
• A solid experience in IGaming sector (at least 2 years),
• An in-depth understanding of the casino product and development process, also commercial management of the casino knowledge,
• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to manage vertically and laterally in a complex organization,
• English - native or high-level command (both written and verbal),
• Polish - native (nice to have).
