Responsibilities:
  • Create and own the display & paid social strategies across sports, casino, crypto and finance products and support Product Owners and Commercial Leads with campaign planning and execution;
  • Develop digital plans and optimise campaigns;
  • Build productive working relationships with Product Leads, media owners and technology partners;
  • Be constantly aware of technology development in tracking and targeting in order to deliver the most innovative and accountable strategies;
  • Actively search for high-quality networks and partners;
  • Optimise media for top performance results;
  • Be responsible for traffic analysis and fraud detection;
  • Build display & social reports and communicate performance goals;
  • Closely monitor daily performance and be proactive in addressing discrepancies and making price recommendations;
  • Create clear reporting processes and accountability for display and social activities across all products, markets, and brands.
What do you have to offer?
  • Proven track record of using ad verification tools and knowledge of the pre-bid process in programmatic;
  • Experience in managing and analysing performance campaigns across display & paid social channels and platforms;
  • Experience in media buying;
  • iGaming experience is preferred but not required;
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to digest data into meaningful and actionable opportunities;
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics;
  • Experience creating and managing dashboards that are actionable
  • Deep understanding of analytics tagging specs and requirements with the ability to effectively communicate the requirement to other stakeholders;
  • Fully fluent in English and any other language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is considered a plus.
