Our client is a truly independent trust company established 20 years ago and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.  Our client is ultimately owned by a group of finance industry professionals and local management. They provide a boutique service focused on the wishes of our clients delivering solution based structures.  So if it’s family succession planning, asset holding, wealth management or more complex corporate holding structures you have experience in we have an opportunity for a Senior Client Administrator. 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • ­ Client administration
  •  Dealing with a varied range of client queries
  • ­ Preparation of Trust and Company minutes
  • ­ Perform periodic client reviews
  • ­ Adherence to company procedures and local regulatory requirements
  • ­ Provision of bookkeeping details to accounts team
  • ­ Review of trust and company accounts
  • ­ Liaison with client Director
  • ­ Supervise and assist junior staff
  • ­ Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned
Knowledge & Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a private client trust and company environment
  • ACIS or STEP qualified, or working towards qualification (or equivalent)
  • Thorough knowledge of bookkeeping principles
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Up to date knowledge of and adherence to local regulatory requirements and in particular the requirements of the JFSC AML Handbook
  • Knowledge of tax issues associated with offshore structures and ability to administer structures in accordance with tax advice
