Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The first point of contact for flight crew for all technical defects and queries;
  • Safeguard the Fleet maintenance is coordinated to maximise dispatch availability;
  • Coordinating and controlling the airframe defect items;
  • Seeking opportunities for aircraft maintenance support;
  • Provide cost-effective maintenance solutions;
  • Support the Operations department with the highest possible aircraft condition status and dispatch availability;
  • Support our Customer & Member Services teams with information they may require;
  • AOG Aircraft declaration, control, and recovery;
  • Coordinating and contracting of unscheduled maintenance events;
  • Planning and control of maintenance tasks;
  • Control of deferred defects IAW;
  • Control and Authorize necessary maintenance through PO issuance;
  • Daily Fleet Status Reporting;
  • AOG/RTS company reporting;
  • Compliance of Aircraft Event Tracking List;
  • Technical Log discrepancy recording within CAMP;
  • Monitor & control HIL Items within CAMP;
  • Participation of internal/external regular Conference call (OCC, Sales, Maintenance/Manufacturer);
  • Inspection of supplied Tec/Journey Log System copies for reported discrepancies and Remarks;
  • Provide informative & accurate handover data to colleagues within MOC at shift change.
What do you have to offer?
  • Part-66 licence or completed technical apprenticeship training, aeronautical technical school;
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent;
  • 3-year experience in a comparable aviation environment and experience with aircraft technical;
  • ATA 104 Level III Training of at least one Aircraft type;
  • English, both written and spoken to a high standard;
  • Familiar with the respective regulations of Part-M;
  • Familiar with the respective procedures of the company;
  • Recommendation by Maintenance Operations Manager and QM;
  • Familiar with the computerized Planning System (CAMP).
Additional Certificates:
  • Human Factors Safety Training;
  • Level 2 Training on Fuel Tank Safety CDCCL;
  • Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS) Training.
