Expanding the Boston Link team 

Malta, September 2021 – Boston Link is delighted to announce that Tom Crampton joins Boston Link as a financial services manager and recruitment consultant.

As we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, the financial services market in Malta is strong and buoyant for those looking for jobs. Because of this, Boston Link is expanding its team.

Headed by Tom Crampton, the latest addition to the team will help consolidate and grow the specialist roles that are in high demand in the financial services sector, Malta. 

Tom joined Boston Link from the Cayman Islands, where he specialised in recruiting financial and legal services professionals. Prior to this, he was the divisional director responsible for running all aspects of the legal recruitment consultancy in the UK. He has a total of 21 years of recruitment experience and has worked with some of the best talent in the field.

Before starting his recruiting career, he practiced as a solicitor in the U.K. Tom says:
