Julian is Managing Director of Boston Link and oversees the Group's global operations. He was previously a director at Michael Page, where he ran a number of teams covering London and offshore jurisdictions.

Julian started his recruitment career in London and has worked across specialist markets and executive search in London, Frankfurt and Sydney. He has successfully recruited thousands of talented professionals for his clients throughout his career, with many involving complex international moves. He spends time outside of work with his young family and enjoys surfing, running and tennis.

Ioanna is the Managing Director of Boston Link’s Cyprus office.

Prior to joining Boston Link, Ioanna was the Founder and Managing Director of Unirec, a leading international executive search consultancy based in Cyprus.  Earlier in her career, Ioanna specialised in talent acquisition and HR within the forex and fintech sectors. Recognised for her deep industry experience and international networks, Ioanna has placed countless skilled professionals from across the globe, enriching local talent communities across Cyprus, CIS and the Middle East. 

Lourens is responsible for Boston Link operations in the Netherlands, in addition to managing an operational Technology and iGaming recruitment division in Malta.

Lourens has built teams for over 70% of the licensed iGaming operators in the Netherlands, developing a reputation as the go-to specialist iGaming recruiter in this territory. He also leads one of the top-performing teams in the Boston Link Malta office.  

When not in the office, Lourens likes to spend time in the gym, leading our lunchtime gym sessions and traveling the world with his family.

Hilda leads the Boston Link iGaming team in Malta. She combines her experience working within iGaming operations with an extensive background in recruitment to become a true leader in her field. Hilda's knowledge of the iGaming industry and her ability to deliver on challenging assignments means she is consistently recognised by her candidates and her clients as the best in the business.

Hilda specialises in the Swedish market and has successfully recruited hundreds of Swedish speaking professionals.

When Hilda is not working she spends her time with friends and family, taking advantage of Malta’s weather and sea. She enjoys diving, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Anthony is a specialist iGaming recruiter at Boston Link. He has worked in client facing roles all over the world, including six years in Australia and New Zealand. Having worked in Malta in financial recruitment for over two years before joining Boston Link, he decided to transfer those skills into the iGaming industry.

When not at the office, Anthony’s main focus is spending time with his partner and their twin boys. He also has a passion for sports, especially Irish football and rugby.

Barry is a specialist recruitment consultant within the iGaming Team for Boston Link. He relocated from Ireland in 2018 to the sunnier seas of Malta. He has recently stepped into our recruiter team after a number of years working in operations and recruitment with some of the world's leading iGaming operators. 

Outside of work, Barry is an early bird. His favourite thing to do is be outside and chase the Mediterranean sun. He is also an incredibly passionate football fan.

Daniel has spent the last eight years recruiting in the iGaming sector covering specialist risk, fraud, compliance and operations roles. Previously his experience covers the financial services & telecoms industries in both sales, support & HR roles.

He is a well-travelled individual having spent 23 years of his life living in the United States, Libya, Russia, Saudi Arabia and England. When not in the office, Daniel enjoys being at the beach, dancing to latin music and playing sports.

Johann is a Consultant responsible for recruiting in IT, Tech and iGaming.

Prior to joining Boston link, he worked in the financial and insurance industry, working his way up the HR ladder. He is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR Management at the University of Wolverhampton at the moment. 

Johann enjoys travelling with his family and friends. He loves all things sport related- particularly football and Formula 1, and is also an avid fantasy football player. 

Tom Crampton is the Manager of Boston Link Financial Services division, working with Financial and Professional Services firms across Malta, UK and other international finance centres.

Prior to Boston Link, he has provided hands-on support to companies in the legal industry, not only in headhunting and search but he has also built an extensive network and other talent management-related capacities as Divisional Director - working in the financial services, compliance, and trust professional landscape in Manchester, London, Leeds, and then in the Cayman Islands. 

Tom is a qualified solicitor, where he previously held various roles and projects. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law with French from the University of Leeds.

Mark is a Senior Consultant at Boston Link in Malta, specialising in Financial Services and iGaming recruitment. He has worked for over 14 years in the Human Resources field within diverse industries. Prior to joining Boston Link, Mark spent 5 years at an international recruitment firm specialising within Finance and ICT.

Amanda is a specialist recruitment consultant within the Financial Team for Boston Link. She has an MBA in International Business from the University of Suffolk with 10 years experience in customer service, banking operations management, sales, transactions, and client relationship management.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil and previously lived in Galway, Ireland, moved to the sunny Malta 2 years ago. Outside of work, she loves travelling, yoga, outdoor activities and summer in Malta!

Irena is Business Support Manager for our Malta, UK  and Dutch offices and ensures that the office is running smoothly. Before joining us she worked for a number of major clothing retailers in Malta, bringing her experience in Front office and HR Administration to Boston Link.

Irena has graduated with a Bachelor’s in Work and HR from the University of Malta. Outside of the office, Irena loves nature, travel, sports and dogs.

As Head of Finance at Boston Link, Maria oversees the finance function for our group. Maria commenced her career with PWC in Malta and she has worked extensively overseas, both in PWC secondments and as a group senior accountant in Sydney, Australia for a global financial services firm. 

Whilst she's not in the office, Maria is busy spending time with her two-year-old boy, family, and friends and loves to keep up with her yoga practice. 

Yuliia leads the Link Talent brand for Boston Link. She takes overall responsibility for brand and business development, operational recruitment and team management.

Yuliia came to Malta from Ukraine. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Management as well as a Master’s degree in Marketing. 

When not at work she enjoys boxing, stretching and spending time with her 1 year old daughter. 

Olivia has joined Link Talent as a Client Partner, where she is responsible for business growth, clients interaction and function of the business. 

Originally from France, Olivia moved to Malta in 2014. She continued developing her career as a freelance recruitment consultant, searching for the best talent in the French market. She has an extensive professional background in recruitment in the retail sector.

Outside of work, Olivia has a passion for fashion, she is a designer and a co-owner of a clothing brand. She practices a healthy lifestyle, enjoying yoga, music and tennis.

Bárbara, originally from Portugal, completed her Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. She started her career as a Community Pharmacist and later relocated to Malta to expand her expertise in the pharmaceutical industry. After two and a half years on the island, she embarked on a new chapter in London, focusing on her professional development within the Biopharmaceutical sector.
