The PSP Specialist will be responsible for monitoring daily Payment Service Provider (PSP) balances, mitigating financial risks through fund transfers, and managing the onboarding and integration of new PSPs.
Responsibilities: - Monitor PSP balances, settlements, and cash flow.
- Handle PSP settlement requests, invoices, and reporting in coordination with Finance.
- Analyze PSP performance and troubleshoot payment issues.
- Support testing and rollout of new payment features and systems.
- Manage PSP integrations, including planning, documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Requirements: - 2+ years’ experience in payments, finance, or operations.
- Relevant post-secondary education preferred.
- Industry knowledge in payments or online gaming is an asset.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with payment systems.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
