Our client is a performance-driven digital marketing company focused on generating high-quality leads in industries like iGaming, Finance, Health, and Communications. Their goal is to help people make smarter decisions through engaging, high-value content. 

The Role: 

We’re looking for a strategic and people-oriented Head of People to support our client's next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll lead talent acquisition, support employee well-being, and help foster a strong, inclusive culture. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, shaping how the business grows, collaborates, and thrives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and improve the hiring strategy across all teams
  • Work closely with managers to define roles and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters
  • Conduct first-round interviews and help optimise the hiring processes
  • Build a positive company culture through internal initiatives and clear communication
  • Develop HR systems, policies, and strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee benefits, perks, and employee well-being programs
  • Lead learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps
  • Provide leadership with people metrics and insights
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws in all locations
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3–5+ years in senior HR, People Ops, or Talent roles
  • Hands-on experience with modern HR tools and recruitment processes
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid, multinational environments
  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interview planning
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
