The Role: We’re looking for a strategic and people-oriented
Head of People to support our client's next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll lead talent acquisition, support employee well-being, and help foster a strong, inclusive culture. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, shaping how the business grows, collaborates, and thrives.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and improve the hiring strategy across all teams
- Work closely with managers to define roles and ensure a strong candidate experience
- Manage relationships with external recruiters
- Conduct first-round interviews and help optimise the hiring processes
- Build a positive company culture through internal initiatives and clear communication
- Develop HR systems, policies, and strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee benefits, perks, and employee well-being programs
- Lead learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps
- Provide leadership with people metrics and insights
- Ensure compliance with employment laws in all locations
What You’ll Bring: - 3–5+ years in senior HR, People Ops, or Talent roles
- Hands-on experience with modern HR tools and recruitment processes
- Experience working in remote or hybrid, multinational environments
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interview planning
- Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
