Job Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate recorded calls and communications for compliance and quality
- Identify coaching opportunities and assist team leads in performance improvement
- Monitor and report on recurring issues, suggesting workflow or script improvements
- Stay aligned with LATAM regulatory standards and ensure front-line adherence
Requirements:
- Native-level fluency in Portuguese & Spanish
- Experience in QA within forex, customer support, or financial services (a plus)
- Analytical mindset and excellent listening skills
- Flexibility for LATAM time zone shifts
- Familiarity with QA tools, CRM systems, and service quality benchmarks
