Key Responsibilities:
- Process new client applications and pension investments
- Handle technical and day-to-day queries from clients and financial advisers
- Maintain up-to-date client records and support AML/CFT processes
- Respond to email, phone, and written inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Able to manage tasks independently or within a team
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and learning new systems
- Experience in pensions or financial services is an asset but not essential
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
