A well established company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Finance Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance And Administration.
Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices and payments using SAP.
- Perform timely payment runs.
- Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and support duties with accuracy.
- Maintain confidential files (paper and digital) in an organized manner.
- Assist management with tasks related to operations and upkeep.
- Contribute to process documentation and manuals.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience.
- Fluent in Maltese and English (spoken and written).
- MQF Level 5 diploma in accounting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
- Preferably experienced in a similar industry.
