A well established company in the financial services industry is looking to hire a Finance Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head of Finance And Administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and payments using SAP.
  • Perform timely payment runs.
  • Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and support duties with accuracy.
  • Maintain confidential files (paper and digital) in an organized manner.
  • Assist management with tasks related to operations and upkeep.
  • Contribute to process documentation and manuals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English (spoken and written).
  • MQF Level 5 diploma in accounting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Preferably experienced in a similar industry.
