An iGaming company in St. Julians are looking for a motivated Finance Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for young finance professionals who are looking to take the next step in their career. You will be joining an established iGaming company and be part of a small and tightly-knit Finance department.
  
 Location: On-site (St. Julians)
⏰ Hours: Office hours
 Salary: Up to EUR 30,000
 Interviews: Two. The process is short.
  
What You'll Be Doing
  
Own the Numbers

• You’ll handle daily bookkeeping using Xero and ensure records are complete, accurate, and aligned with accounting standards. Your work will feed directly into our month-end and year-end close processes, supporting a clean and timely financial close.

Drive Revenue Accuracy

• You’ll extract and analyze revenue and KPI data, ensuring everything reconciles and makes sense. By maintaining accurate reporting and flagging any discrepancies, you’ll help ensure we capture the full value of our work—without revenue slipping through the cracks.

Keep Things on Track

• From issuing invoices to reconciling partner accounts, you’ll manage the details that keep our financial engine running. You’ll also be the go-to for following up on outstanding payments, making sure we stay cash-flow positive.  

Improve How We Work

• Beyond your day-to-day, you’ll be involved in finance projects—whether it’s improving systems, streamlining processes, or contributing to internal guidelines. Your input will help shape a smarter, more efficient finance function.

What You Bring

• A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset—you're comfortable juggling tasks and taking initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills—you can explain financial details clearly and professionally
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• A finance or accounting background, ideally with progress toward ACCA (or similar qualification)
