Our client, a global commodity trading company operating, for 40 years worldwide with HQs in Cyprus, is looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Administrator, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Dynamics 365 environment.

Duties and responsibilities:
System Administration: Configuring and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications to ensure smooth operation
Functional Management: Perform functional management tasks on the systems to enable the best user experience and secure & fast processing by optimizing workflows and dimensions
User Management: Setting up user roles, permissions, and security settings
Customization & Configuration: Modifying workflows, forms, and dashboards to align with business needs
Data Management: Ensuring data integrity, performing migrations, and managing integrations with other systems
Troubleshooting & Support: Addressing technical issues and providing end user support, following end users requests and solving issues
Collaboration: Working with end users, functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality
Documentation: Document system and process descriptions
Skills and Experience needed:
BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Process management
Experience as system administrator / Functional admin / Consultant of Dynamics 365 F&O (2-3 Years)
Experience working in a similar position
Fluency in English is a must and Greek will be considered as a very strong advantage
