Product Manager – Crypto Casino (Remote)

This innovative organization is on a mission to build a world-class crypto casino for the next generation of players. They have got the foundation, vision, and core team in place — now they need a sharp, product-minded operator to take full ownership of the roadmap and execution.
  
As the Product Manager, you’ll work directly with founder to turn bold ideas into polished, high-performing features. You’ll be the heartbeat of the product — bringing clarity, speed, and structure to every release.
  
What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap in line with aggressive growth goals
• Translate vision into clear specs, features, and sprints
• Write tickets, manage workflows, and keep dev/design teams accountable
• Benchmark competitors — and outbuild them
• Ship fast, iterate faster — with feedback loops from users, data, and the market
• Define and optimize bonus systems, wallets, onboarding flows, and more
• Drive loyalty, gamification, and retention through smart, data-backed mechanics

  
What We’re Looking For

• Proven product management experience — ideally in crypto casinos, iGaming, or fast-paced B2C startups
• Deep knowledge of core casino flows (GGR/NGR, bonus systems, KYC, wallets, etc.)
• Strong UX instincts and experience working with remote teams across time zones
• Autonomous operator who takes initiative and delivers end-to-end
• Gen Z-savvy: you understand today’s users and what makes them stick
• Bonus: Experience studying or working at top crypto casino platforms

Compensation: €60.000 – €80.000 gross yearly + bonus
