A a fast-growing iGaming startup backed by one of the industries major players are looking for an experienced
Marketing Executive with deep expertise in
Meta advertising (Facebook & Instagram) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our iGaming brands. This role requires a data-oriented marketer who can execute, optimize, and scale ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus in a regulated and competitive environment.
This role is for persons who enjoy working in startup environments and are prepared to roll their sleeves up to make things happen.
Location: Hybrid with lots of flexibility (Sliema)
Salary: Up to EUR 40,000
Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop and test compelling ad creatives and copy tailored for different audience segments.
- Continuously analyze performance data, optimizing for key metrics such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand and acquisition strategies.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay up-to-date on Meta’s policy changes, iGaming advertising guidelines, and platform innovations.
- Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements - 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably in iGaming or similarly regulated industries (finance, crypto, betting, etc.).
- Proven track record of hitting paid media KPIs and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixel and event tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work with analytics tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other attribution platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives quickly.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with iGaming compliance, geotargeting, and market restrictions is a strong advantage.
Desirable - Experience with other paid channels (Google, TikTok, programmatic).
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer campaigns in the iGaming space.
