A well established CSP is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join their team. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain a content calendar across social media, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- Create and update visuals using tools like Canva.
- Assist in developing and managing email marketing campaigns and subscriber lists.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate digital marketing performance.
- Support production of branded materials, promotional merchandise, and internal documents.
- Plan for PR opportunities and liaise with publishers for article submissions.
- Coordinate with designers and video teams for content creation.
- Handle social media inquiries and assist with content updates to the website.
- Contribute to executing the marketing strategy by understanding clients, markets, and competitors.
Requirements: - 2+ years in a similar marketing role.
- Marketing qualification or related certification.
- Strong English communication skills—both written and spoken.
- Experience with social media, analytics, Canva, and email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn.
