The Junior Compliance Officer will be responsible for the compliance oversight by contributing to monitoring, risk assessment, enforcement, and stakeholder coordination efforts related to AML/CFT obligations and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities: - Assist in compliance reviews, data analysis, and risk assessments of subject persons across sectors.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of compliance examinations and follow-up actions.
- Support the drafting of reports, enforcement letters, and internal/external guidance materials.
- Participate in investigations, collect evidence, and assist in the enforcement of regulatory breaches.
- Liaise with local and international authorities, attend meetings, and represent the organization when required.
- Support training initiatives, awareness campaigns, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Maintain records, prepare statistical data, and assist in court-related work or ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree in a similar area.
- Previous experience in AML/CFT role.
- Excellent command in English.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
