Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead the sales process, from pipeline development to closing high-value deals.
  • Oversee creation of proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with marketing and service line leaders to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Key Requirements
  • 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional or corporate services.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal development capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development processes.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
