A well established CSP is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join their growing team. The selected candidate will reporting to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Assist with recruitment, drafting contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Coordinate with payroll and relevant authorities on employee updates
  • Lead new employee inductions and support ongoing training
  • Help manage employee relations, performance reviews, and internal events
  • Carry out other HR-related duties as needed
Requirements:
  • A' Level standard of education or higher
  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to meet deadlines under pressure
