A well established CSP is looking to hire an HR Administrator to join their growing team. The selected candidate will reporting to the HR Manager.
Responsibilities: - Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Assist with recruitment, drafting contracts, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
- Coordinate with payroll and relevant authorities on employee updates
- Lead new employee inductions and support ongoing training
- Help manage employee relations, performance reviews, and internal events
- Carry out other HR-related duties as needed
Requirements: - A' Level standard of education or higher
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law (preferred)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to meet deadlines under pressure
