A well established CSP is looking to hire a Chief Operations Officer who comes with previous experience in the industry. The selected candidate will be reporting to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business functions and entities.
  • Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Board to formulate business strategies and budget for investment capital to meet growth targets.
  • Align operations with strategic direction, including financial policies, systems, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee finance, HR, IT, marketing, and facilities to ensure cohesive project management and budget adherence.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems, cost analysis, budgeting, and tax strategy.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor organisational performance and present reports with corrective actions when needed.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture by mentoring staff and optimising team productivity.
  • Translate strategy into measurable goals and lead annual operational planning.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, taking remedial action as required.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and represent the company in senior leadership forums.
  • Provide effective project oversight, including timeline, cost, and deliverable tracking.
  • Champion best practices that enhance both client and employee experience.
  • Mitigate operational risks through strong governance and control measures.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, finance, management, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.
  • High integrity, resilience, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
