About the Job
As Product Manager – Sportsbook Portal, you are the architect of the full digital experience for every player, from the first click to loyal customer. You will lead the evolution of the portal across web and app, ensuring every journey is seamless, intuitive, and impactful.
  
You will also play a pivotal role in the entertainment-first platform designed to build engagement and brand preference in an era of strict advertising regulation. Your mission: to turn players into fans and fans into loyal players, through great content, smooth journeys, and responsible interaction.
  
With full ownership, a dedicated TPO, and development team, this is a high-autonomy, high-impact role will operate at the intersection of strategy, product development, and player experience.
  
Key responsibilities:
You are responsible for the complete player-facing portal, its performance, its feel, and its role in driving conversion and engagement.
You will:
  • Own the roadmap for all portal experiences — from registration, login and deposits to dynamic homepage content, Portal Extra, and personalised engagement.
  • Translate strategic goals and user insights into product requirements that balance performance, entertainment, and Responsible Gaming (RG).
  • Drive product KPIs, including:
    • o Registration Conversion
    • o Subscribe to Comms
    • o Logged in Players
    • o Deposit Amount & Quantity
    • o Depositor Success Ratio
  • Co-lead the Sportsbook Extra entertainment platform, building content-first journeys that increase brand preference and turn engagement into gameplay.
  • Champion Responsible Gaming by design, ensuring frictionless journeys that promote safe play, with RG embedded into every user flow in partnership with Compliance and RG teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, CRM, DevOps, Legal, Customer Service, and platform partners like Salesforce and Light & Wonder.
  • Innovate continuously with a clear test-and-learn mindset across UX, onboarding, and engagement flows.
  
You bring:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital consumer environments — iGaming or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, conversion flows, and player-centric journeys.
  • Experience driving product decisions with data and performance KPIs.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, CMS tools, and user analytics systems.
  • A data-driven approach: you base your decisions on KPIs, user behavior, and performance insights.
  • Stakeholder management excellence: you navigate across teams and balance competing priorities effortlessly.
  • Languages: Fluent in English is a must, it would be preferred if you are fluent in Dutch too.
