About the Job As Product Manager – Gaming, you are the driving force behind one of the most commercially impactful product domains. You will own the full player experience across Casino and Bingo. From frontend UX to underlying platform integrations and play a key role in maintaining our market leadership and growing our player base in an increasingly regulated environment.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact position for someone who wants to turn vision into real change and innovation with full ownership of the product and direct access to a dedicated development team.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, product development, and player experience.
Key responsibilities: You are responsible for the complete player-facing portal, its performance, its feel, and its role in driving conversion and engagement.
You will: - Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our gaming platform (including CMS, BOSS & OGS by Light & Wonder), in close partnership with your TPO and dedicated developers.
- Own and optimize the full Casino & Bingo player journey from homepage to gameplay with a focus on UX, speed, structure, and accessibility.
- Translate market insights, player needs and commercial goals into clear product requirements and scalable, impactful features.
- Drive product KPIs, including:
- Game Start Conversion (% of users who start a game after seeing it)
- Average Games per Session (distinct games played per session)
- Clicks to Game Launch (UX friction)
- Homepage Game Launch Share (% of games launched from homepage)
- Innovate continuously by launching new games and improving conversion across key touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Brand, Responsible Gaming, Compliance, Customer Service, and external partners like Light & Wonder, Playtech, and casino game providers.
- Ensure safe, responsible gaming experiences, fully aligned with regulations and RG principles.
You bring: - 5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in iGaming or high-scale digital B2C platforms.
- Strong affinity with UX/UI, player journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with CMS and back-office systems; familiarity with platforms like OGS, Playtech, or Light & Wonder is a plus.
- A data-driven approach: you base your decisions on KPIs, user behavior, and performance insights.
- Stakeholder management excellence: you navigate across teams and balance competing priorities effortlessly.
- Languages: Fluent in English is a must, it would be preferred if you are fluent in Dutch too.
