As
CRM Manager – Netherlands, you will be responsible for designing and executing the CRM strategy tailored specifically for Dutch players. Your goal is to drive player activation, retention, and loyalty through relevant, compliant, and engaging campaigns. You will play a key role in localising the brand experience and maximising customer lifetime value in a highly regulated and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, on-site messaging, etc.) focused on the Dutch player lifecycle
- Collaborate with central marketing, product, data, and compliance teams to ensure local initiatives are aligned with the global strategy
- Use customer insights and segmentation to personalise offers and promotions
- Ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with Dutch gambling laws and regulations (KSA)
- Monitor CRM KPIs and performance metrics; report on campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage and maintain customer databases and segmentation
- Support player reactivation and VIP engagement in collaboration with the Customer Support and VIP teams
- Act as the CRM voice for the Netherlands internally, advocating for the local player and market needs
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in the iGaming or online entertainment industry
- In-depth knowledge of the Dutch iGaming landscape and customer behavior
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, Braze, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Hands-on knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with GDPR and Dutch gambling compliance regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Passion for gaming and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Nice to Have: - Experience working with regulated markets and local authorities like Kansspelautoriteit (KSA)
- Understanding of gamification mechanics and bonus optimisation
- Background in UX/CX as it relates to player journeys and CRM automation
