- Provide general administrative support to the Risk team
- Maintain the operational risk incidents dashboard and risk register
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and analyse risk-related data and reports
- Assist in preparing risk reports and dashboards for senior management
- Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and the Risk Appetite Statement, escalating breaches as needed
- Support compliance with banking regulations and data requests for audits/reviews
- Maintain the operational risk incidents dashboard and risk register
- Assist in drafting regulatory documents (ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan)
- Review and update risk policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the Risk team
- Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Fluent in Maltese and English
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a dynamic team
- Experience in financial services is an asset
