The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Online Casino Manager to lead and optimize our casino operations, focusing on provider relationships, game performance, and strategic planning. You’ll play a key role in driving Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), reducing provider fees, and building a robust roadmap for our casino department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
    • Game Provider Relationship Management:
      Build, manage, and optimize relationships with game providers to ensure top-tier performance, content selection, and commercial terms.
    • Casino Data Analysis:
      Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., GGR, game performance, player engagement) to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Strategic Planning:
      Develop and execute the casino department’s roadmap in alignment with company objectives and growth targets.
    • Revenue Optimization:
      Negotiate with providers to reduce fees and improve margins. Identify and implement opportunities to increase GGR.
    • Team Management:
      Lead and mentor a team of two, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging professional development.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as an Online Casino Manager within the iGaming industry
  • Understanding of the NZ/CA casino markets would be a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of casino KPIs and player behavior.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

    Nice to Have:
  • Proficiency in TableauExcel, or Google Sheets for data visualization and reporting
  • Experience working with diverse game providers and multiple content aggregation platforms
