A leading CSP is looking to hire an experience Corporate Services Manager to join its growing team.
Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day trust and corporate administration, including compliance matters and liaising with regulatory bodies and third parties.
- Mentor and support team members in managing client portfolios.
- Attend client Board Meetings and prepare board minutes and resolutions, including for listed entities.
- Maintain accurate client records, conduct risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and file reviews.
- Lead and manage the Corporate Services team, ensuring timely task delivery, performance management, and continuous development through training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically working with Maltese-registered companies and local CSPs.
- University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Company Law, AML legislation, and company secretarial duties (statutory records, corporate governance, compliance).
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
