A well established CSP is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities: - Develop and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Oversee the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
- Create and distribute high-quality, compliant content showcasing the firm’s expertise.
- Manage website content, performance, and optimisation.
- Lead SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to boost traffic and brand awareness.
- Design targeted digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and client newsletters.
- Maintain and segment mailing lists in compliance with GDPR.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Coordinate messaging across teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand identity.
- Represent the company at industry events and support business development initiatives.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in professional or financial services.
- Proven track record in B2B strategy, lead generation, and cross-border marketing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, and SEMrush.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid search, social media advertising, and content creation.
- Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and detail-oriented execution.
- Graphic design or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
