A leading provider in the payment solutions and orchestration space is currently seeking an experienced
Project Manager to join a dynamic project management function.
The role involves driving delivery processes, facilitating team coordination, ensuring quality output, and maintaining transparent communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead change management processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment by implementing tools to track and manage changes effectively
- Identify project risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and implement mitigation plans as needed
- Support delivery teams in achieving outcomes defined by the Product Owner
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure teams remain productive, focused, and continuously improving
- Promote collaboration across cross-functional teams by removing barriers and enabling seamless communication
- Track and report progress through standardized project documentation and reports
- Monitor adherence to time and quality requirements as defined by the product and business stakeholders
- Enforce and guide project standards and methodologies
- Identify and coordinate required resources by working with team leads and functional managers
- Oversee day-to-day project operations and scope management
- Provide detailed data and reports for management to evaluate project performance
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 4 years of experience in project/program management within software development environments
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification is an advantage
- Proven experience in people management
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is considered a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Jira
- High level of proficiency in English
