A well established CSP is looking to hire a Risk Manager who will be reporting to the Head of the department and will assist clients with Risk related matters.
Responsibilities: - Identify, monitor, and evaluate client operational risks.
- Draft and maintain risk policies and registers.
- Support the development and enhancement of risk management tools and models.
- Prepare risk reports for Board presentations and attend board meetings.
- Liaise with clients on risk issues and provide internal risk training as needed.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and industry trends.
- Ensure client compliance with applicable risk limits and requirements.
- Assist with cross-departmental tasks and ad hoc duties.
- Be willing to take on regulated roles as required.
Requirements: - Minimum 4 years’ experience in investment services or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of investment fund and firm operations.
- Relevant qualifications in risk or investment services are a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage pressure.
- Strong communicator and team player.
