An established and fast-growing business in the payments and fintech space is seeking a PSP Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of PSP integrations and enhancements.

This role is responsible for driving product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the delivery of features that create tangible value for merchants. The position requires a strong understanding of technical integrations, compliance, and secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

New PSP Integrations
  • Define project scope and gather business and technical requirements
  • Coordinate with PSPs and merchants for clarification of integration needs
  • Create technical specifications for development teams
  • Manage progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with business priorities
API Updates
  • Analyze update requests and assess impact
  • Define priorities and detailed technical requirements
  • Oversee implementation and validate alignment with business objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Contribute to PMO-led projects requiring PSP expertise (not as a project manager, but as a technical contributor)
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on PSP integrations across internal and external communication channels (Telegram, Teams, Slack, calls, etc.)
PSP Product Ownership
  • Lead internal product initiatives related to PSP functionality
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to define roadmaps and requirements
  • Track progress from ideation through delivery
  • Deliver detailed and actionable specifications to development teams
Knowledge Management
  • Maintain and improve the internal PSP knowledge base
  • Provide stakeholders with accurate, up-to-date information on PSP features, flows, and integration specifics
  • Share documentation and visual recordings to support operational clarity
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (technical background preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or technical project management, preferably in payments, fintech, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record managing API-based integrations, ideally involving Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
  • Deep understanding of transaction flows, PSP ecosystems, and API architecture
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and GDPR
  • Experience drafting technical documentation and collaborating closely with development teams
  • Understanding of QA practices and Agile/Scrum development lifecycles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, Compliance, InfoSec)
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Slack
  • Strong attention to quality, detail, and secure development standards
