A leading provider of turnkey betting and gaming solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Project Management to drive strategic initiatives and elevate the project delivery function.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring high-impact projects are executed efficiently and aligned with business objectives across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement standardized project management frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization;
• Ensure all project initiatives align with strategic goals and integrate into the broader annual roadmap;
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects;
• Monitor project performance, manage risks and scope, and establish clear milestones and dependencies;
• Implement governance structures, reporting systems, and escalation protocols to support effective project execution;
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the project management team;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to define project scope and deliverables;
• Maintain transparent communication between executive leadership and project teams;
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture key learnings and improve future project execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical background or deep understanding of iGaming platforms and related technologies;
• Relevant professional qualification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2);
• Proven ability to foresee challenges and implement proactive solutions;
• Strong adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments;
• Demonstrated experience with structured planning and meticulous attention to detail;
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry;
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies;
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy;
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure;
• Experience launching products across multiple markets or regulatory jurisdictions.
