Who You Are:
 
You're a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager with a strong background in building and leading the planning function within marketing. You thrive at the intersection of marketing, sales, and analytics — ensuring data-driven strategy, seamless execution, and measurable performance.

You've played a key role in campaign orchestration, automation, localization, and marketing tech stack optimization. You're passionate about unlocking operational efficiency and are excited to build the systems and workflows that scale global marketing performance.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Own and optimize the global marketing calendar, ensuring smooth execution across all markets and channels.
  • Build marketing workflows and support campaign planning, execution, tracking, and attribution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Commercial) to align on goals and strategy.
  • Manage the marketing tech stack (e.g. automation, CRM, analytics), ensuring tools are efficient and integrated.
  • Lead improvements in lead scoring, lifecycle management, and the marketing-sales handoff process.
  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
  • Maintain market research and competitor insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Drive SEO and PPC alignment with strategic growth goals and market localization.
  • Develop and manage localization strategies to ensure high-impact regional campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and report on marketing ROI, performance metrics, and channel effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements that increase scalability and efficiency.
  • Support content planning and alignment across brand, product, and campaign channels.
  • Track and manage marketing budget, tools, and vendor relationships.
What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, planning, demand generation, or revenue ops.
  • Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you work well with data and enjoy translating it into actionable insights.
  • Experience building scalable workflows and automation across global teams.
  • Strong understanding of campaign attribution, funnel metrics, and lead lifecycles.
  • Familiar with ABM and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Experience with localization strategies and cross-market content planning.
  • Solid understanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ideally, experience in B2B iGaming, SaaS, or high-growth digital environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you're proactive, collaborative, and outcome-focused.
  • Ability to balance technical know-how with strategic vision and business priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
