A leading provider of modular betting and gaming solutions for both regulated and emerging markets is seeking a Technical Writer to join a growing global team.

With offices across Europe and Latin America, this organization delivers a comprehensive omni-channel platform supporting sportsbook, casino, and retail operations, known for its flexibility, local-market customization, and operator-focused approach.

The Role:

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and accessible documentation across the platform, including APIs, internal tools, product features, and integration workflows. This role collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, and project management teams to ensure materials are easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API references, integration manuals, platform architecture guides, and internal user materials
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, QA specialists, and subject matter experts to gather and validate content
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for a wide range of audiences
  • Contribute to knowledge base content and FAQs
  • Continuously improve documentation structure, version control processes, and accessibility standards
  • Handle multiple documentation projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a tech-driven or software-focused environment
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and system integrations
  • Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with documentation tools such as Confluence, version control systems (e.g., Git), and API tools like Swagger or Postman
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated
